Weekend Wellness Kick-off (Peabody Hall, Room 401) Fridays | 1:00-4:00 pm
Come to the Mind & Body Center where you can engage in a number of experiences designed to reduce stress, improve well-being, and enhance connection with yourself. Choose from a variety of activities such as qi gong (mindful movement to heal medical and emotional stresses), pet therapy with Siggi, a therapeutic massage chair, biofeedback and virtual reality games, and stations set up with mind-body activities. Pick and choose what you’d like to do and for how long.

Mindful Eating (Peabody Hall, Room 401) Mondays | 12:00-1:00 pm
Learn the essentials of mindful, intuitive eating and invite yourself to create a peaceful lunch space for mind and body. This drop-in lunch hour workshop provides a window of mindfulness for you to fully engage your senses and reflect on your physical and emotional process with food. This workshop requires that you bring your own meal or snack to the lunch hour. Mind & Body Center, Peabody Hall, Room 401.

Pawsitivity: Live Happy Like a Dog CANCELED Fridays | 10:40-11:30 am (Period 4)
Join Siggi, the CWC therapy dog, as it shares its secrets for elevating your mood and finding ways to be happier in your everyday life. Interact with our therapy dog as we cover such topics as Dog Days, Kanine Karma, Kibble and Wits and Scooby Dos. This four session workshop series repeats so join in any week, and plan to attend all sessions. Room #130. This Workshop has been CANCELED for the rest of the semester.

Healing the Body and Soul Through Yoga (Peabody Hall) Tuesdays | 1:00-2:00 pm
Are you looking to quiet your mind and tune into your body? Whether you are looking to manage stress, develop a healthier relationship with your body, or heal from a difficult experience, this drop in workshop offers a safe and non-competitive environment to explore breath and movement through yoga. No previous yoga experience necessary. Mats are provided. Facilitator will remain available after the class for anyone who would like to process the experience.

Are you sad, lonely, homesick, or need a break from the stress of school? Are you missing or grieving the loss of a pet? Come visit with Siggi or Gabe, the Therapy Dogs. Please call first to make sure the dogs are not on vacation. Meet us in the second floor waiting room.
