Coping Skills

Mindful Pause (R131) Thursdays | 3:30 - 4:30 pm

Practice mindfulness meditation, a form of self care that strengths your mental muscles to more successfully manage life stressors.

Healing the Body & Soul Through Yoga (Peabody Hall, R404)Thursdays  | 2:00-3:00 pm

Are you looking to quiet your mind and tune into your body? Whether you are looking to manage stress, develop a healthier relationship with your body, or heal from a difficult experience, this drop in workshop offers a safe and non-competitive environment to explore breath and movement through yoga. No previous yoga experience necessary. Mats are provided. Facilitator will remain available after the class for anyone who would like to process the experience.

Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting (Peabody Hall, R408) Multiple Times & Days

This is an open meeting and anyone can attend. This is not affiliated with the CWC. Feel free to bring your lunch.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00-9:00 pm 

Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 pm 

 

Recovery Night! (Peabody Hall, R408) Tuesdays | 5:30-7:30 pm

Participate in fun discussions, movies, events and games in a relaxed, social environment with students in recovery. Share your success during our monthly “It Works” Recovery Milestone Celebration. All are welcome.
