Groups and Workshops
Group Therapy is a confidential service for all enrolled UF students. Group therapy has been found to be an effective form of treatment and is as equivalent and sometimes more effective than individual therapy for certain concerns. Group therapy helps people talk about things in a more genuine way which helps them address the heart of their struggles and find improvements in their symptoms or concerns. Drop in and learn ideas to promote and support more effective living and skill building. The workshops start on time, and so once the presentation starts, doors will be closed. Space is very limited and future attendance is not required. No appointment needed (except for the Emotional Fitness workshop which requires a triage appointment). Click here for Workshops schedule.

At the completion of Fall 2013 and Spring semester 2014, 214 group members from 51 groups completed evaluations about their group therapy or workshop experience.
