Mindful Living and Coping Skills

Emotional Wellness Summer C: Tues. 3:00-4:30 pm

Increase your self-awareness and self-acceptance by sharing your experiences, giving and receiving feedback and support, and occasionally participating in guided role-playing. Facilitators: Dave Suchman, Ju-Ri Joeng and Ann Marie Fenn

Compassionate Self Care (Peabody Hall) Canceled

Develop skills to manage life when demands outweigh resources. Learn stress-management techniques to enhance self-awareness, self compassion, letting go of perfectionism, and developing a more authentic and connected life. Joan Scully and Ann Marie Fenn.

Body Image and Food

Making Peace with Food (Peabody Hall) Summer C: Tues. 2:30-4:00 pm

Women with an eating disorder can examine their relationship with food and their bodies. For those who are in or have been in individual therapy. Amanda Alexander and Kayi Hui

Recovery Night! (Peabody Hall, Rm 401)Summer C: Wed. 5:30-7:30 pm

Meet students in recovery and have fun without substances. Participate in discussions, movies, organized events and games in a relaxed, social environment. Anyone is welcome. w/ Joan Scully
