This group will combine movement, body awareness exercises, mindfulness practices and your choice of meditation style to enable you to use the anxiety you live with to your major advantage. Must be okay with therapy dog present.

Learn Mindfulness and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills to establish healthy relationships with self and others. Learn to deal with conflict, get what you want and need, say no to unwanted requests, and build self-respect.

This cognitive behavioral therapy group has been shown to have high success rates in treating depression and feelings of inadequacy. Manuals are provided to support you during and after the group.
