Anger ManagementMondays | 3:00-4:30 pm
This cognitive-behavioral therapy group is an 8-week, open group that will include psycho-education about anger kinetics, self-regulation training, and cognitive reframing activities. Each 90-minute session will include introduction of new information about anger, experiential discussion of anger-provoking situations, and simple homework assignments. Participants who successfully demonstrate application of the anger management techniques will receive a certificate at the end of the group.
